This appointment is for your initial wedding dress fitting. We’ll assess the fit, discuss the alterations needed, and review the next steps for your dress.

A $50 fitting consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with alterations at Sue’s, the $50 will be credited toward your alteration total.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day to ensure the best possible fit.

Bridesmaid Dress Fitting

This appointment is for bridesmaid dresses that need professional fitting and alterations. We’ll assess the fit, discuss the alterations needed, and review the next steps for your dress.

A $20 fitting consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with alterations at Sue’s, the $20 will be credited toward your alteration total.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with the dress to ensure the best possible fit.

Suit Fitting

This appointment is for suits and tuxedos that need professional tailoring or fit adjustments. We’ll assess the fit, discuss the alterations needed, and review the next steps for your suit.

A $20 fitting consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with alterations at Sue’s, the $20 will be credited toward your alteration total.

Please bring the complete outfit whenever possible, including the shirt and shoes you plan to wear with the suit.

Uniform Fitting

This appointment is for uniforms that need professional tailoring or fit adjustments. We’ll assess the fit, discuss the alterations needed, and review the next steps.

A $20 fitting consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with alterations at Sue’s, the $20 will be credited toward your alteration total.

Please bring the complete uniform and the footwear you plan to wear with it to ensure the best possible fit.

Special Event Outfit Fitting

This appointment is for dresses and formal outfits worn to proms, galas, balls, parties, weddings, and other special events. We’ll assess the fit, discuss the alterations needed, and review the next steps for your outfit.

A $20 fitting consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with alterations at Sue’s, the $20 will be credited toward your alteration total.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your outfit to ensure the best possible fit.

Sue’s Alteration specializes in professional alterations and tailoring for wedding dresses, formalwear, suits, uniforms, and special-event garments. Our fittings are focused on helping each garment look beautiful, feel comfortable, and fit the way it should.

For simple hems, zipper repairs, patches, and everyday alterations, an appointment is not required. Please visit us during regular business hours.

What can I say?!? Sue's Alterations is the BEST!!!!! They are SO talented and creative...and just as important, they are GOOD people!! My GOODNESS!!! Sue’s Alterations was literally the BEST!!!!! I am eloping & haven’t had anyone to help with style, decisions, or anything…& I walked in for a tailor fitting & they were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! They helped with small suggestions that changed the game, they gathered around me, made me feel so special & truly like a VIP guest!! They were organized, everyone who worked there was smiling & so gracious! My fiance came in towards the end (so he wouldn’t see my dress) & they treated him like GOLD too!! What they designed for me is perfection & I cannot WAIT to pick it up!!! I will be posting pictures when I do!!
